Account and Registration

smartpick may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or present a security risk. We will provide notice where practicable and appropriate, and outline any steps required to restore access.

Service Description

By posting content you grant smartpick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, modify, and distribute the content as necessary to operate and promote the service. This license ends upon removal, except where content has been replicated or archived as part of backups.

You are responsible for user content and any legal liabilities it may create. Do not post content that infringes third-party rights, violates privacy, or is unlawful. smartpick may remove or restrict content at its discretion.

If you wish to remove your content, use the site tools or contact support. We will process removal requests in accordance with applicable law, though copies may persist in backups or where third parties have reproduced content independently.

Intellectual Property

The content, activity, logos, and materials provided by smartpick are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use smartpick's branding, logos, or proprietary content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these terms.

Paid Services and Subscriptions

Prices for paid services are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change. Any advertised price applies only to the specified billing cycle and features described at that time.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges where applicable. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Subscription services renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may manage or cancel your subscription through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period.

Refund policies are specified for each paid offering. In general, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; where a refund is appropriate we will process it less any non-recoverable fees. Purchasers should review the specific refund terms before subscribing.

To cancel a subscription, follow the account cancellation process or contact support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not usually result in prorated refunds for the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, duties or fees imposed by relevant jurisdictions may be added to the price and are the responsibility of the purchaser. smartpick will attempt to collect taxes where required by law.

We may change pricing and will provide notice to current subscribers in advance of the change when feasible. Subscribers may be given the option to cancel before a new rate takes effect.

Failure to pay required fees may result in suspension or termination of paid services. We reserve the right to collect outstanding amounts through available recovery measures.

Governing Law
